Thorp Table View Being Dof

I had my car's spare keys ****** during a burglary, my insurance asked me to get a quote from a dealership; After having a Thorp Table View quote approved by my insurance, their parts department advised me to book my vehicle in for key and lock replacement through their booking system.

Upon arriving on the booked day, thorp revealed that the parts have not yet been ordered and that keys were not included on the quote, only locks. I will be without my car for more than a week after being told it should take 1 day, and I also misquoted my insurance and will have to pay the excess out of pocket.

I will personally not return to Thorp Table View.
