Thorp poor service

Giving a quote for a service seemed too difficult for them to manage. On calling them I was put through to no less than five people - none of which could help me. At the end i was simply cut off. If this is how they treat customers inquiries, I would hate to know how they would treat a customers queries. Wont bother with them again.
