Thorp plumstead worst experiance ever

Thorp plumstead has given me the worst service ever.its been 15days since i bought a car from them and its still not sorted yet. My car i traded in has only been settled after 10days of me complaining everyday.they havent refundes me my money back like they promised. My car still isnt registered yet.big communications problems. Never any feed back unless i have 2 call them many times.salesman and manager very unprofessional.day 15 now and still struggling with them.i advise knowone to ever buy from thorp plumstead. What a dissapointment. I regret making a purchase from them. What a waste and letdown
