Thorp Plumstead - Unbelievable service

<p>Guys. If you live in the Northern suburbs or you live in the furthest reaches of Simonstown even , do yourselves a favour and trust your car into the incredibly capable, kind and caring hands of Thorp Plumstead. My car is under warranty and had to go in to have something fixed, by midday of the day I dropped it off, I had a call back from Shafiqua (a shiny bright, happy and positive woman who clearly loves where she works), to advise that a part was needed, it had already been ordered and would arrive and be fitted before midday the following day. She kept in touch and advised me every step of the way and when I went to pick my car up, her smiling face greeted me again. Experiencing this workplace as I did, it was clear to me that people who work there are kind to each other, work incredibly well as a team and are gracious and respectful of each other, and it blew me away since it is sadly such a rare thing to see. It was not just staff that were shiny and smiling, my car (actually its a dogmobile) was returned to me beautifully cleaned. Big up guys, on an awesome job.... There was a fleeting moment when I wished I was part of your team. :)</p>
