Thorp Plumstead, terrible

1st service I called to book my car in for it's first service. We came to an agreement that they will have to be brought in a week later because they would have to order the oil filter. A week later, I brought my car in, made arrangements to work from home, only to be told when I arrived at 07h00 in the morning, they have not yet placed the order and apologise, I should come back the following week. The following week the oil filter did not arrive and the same process was just repeated.

Eventually third time lucky, I got the service, and when I picked up my car, it was uncleaned both inside and outside.

2nd service (currently happening) I went back to Thorp Plumstead for my second service 8 days ago, and yet sit without a vehicle. The ''mechanics'' or ''technicians'' can't figure out why my car is over heating. After the first 5 days surely they should bring in an expert or someone who knows how to attend to the problem. During this time they haven't offered me a courtesy vehicle and have an indefinite date as to when my car will be ready for collection.

I would like to sell my vehicle only to escape the pathetic services received from THORP Plumstead.
