Thorp automotive repair centre Plumstead

Hi, I took my vehicle for service and repair 2 months ago where I paid quite a sum of money after the vehicle was there for a couple of days I was told that the vehicle is ready for collection. I left there and found that the engine light is still on and the vehicle was jerking, quite a few issues noted could not turn back because I was already late for work (night shift ) when I arrived at work found that my passenger side mirror was damaged open my bonnet and my colleague told me my high tension leads needs to be replace. I bought it at Midas where he my colleague replace it for me to have a safe trip home. I have informed the company where I spoke to Samantha Julies and also spoke to one of the consultants at the complaints department where he said it will be escalated to the relevant parties and up until now I haven't heard from them and my engine light still showing.
