Poor Service at Thorp Plumstead

I took my vehicle for the Service week after the service I had a breakdown in the middle of the road. I brought the vehicle back to thorp Plumstead where it was serviced then the lady(Cindy)irresponsibly said she did not know I had a warranty plan for the car. I told her to contact my insurance because I spoke to them myself but the lady took a leave without handing over my case to the colleague. I collected my car yesterday after a week of nothing done . the outside mechanic fixes it in one day.
