Poor service

One star too generous ! ,its the only choice ! Thorpe at Plumstead have very little idea about service ,this is the 2nd time I've had occasion to make use of their services as I drive a Subaru (wish I had more choice out my way). E-mails and telephones calls unanswered and a general lack of interest throughout. A gent who was helpful(to date anyway) is perusing the service manager and I hope (but will not hold my breath) someone from that inept organization will return my call. If it's service you're after stay clear of Thorpe in Plumstead (Cape Town)
