Over 3 weeks for something that was promised to be done in 3 days.

If you plan on having car issues 'resolved' at Thorpe, please be prepared to have your patience tested, and to be without your car for ages. They've had mine for over 3 weeks now, and trying to get answers is like trying to put a fire out with petrol.... impossible!
