No Service at Thorp Motors

I took my Chev Cruz for a service and asked them to please just service my Vechile and then check as it had a slight misfire which according to a professional was just because my service was overdue And my my filters where dirty According to them they serviced the vechile and told me it still had a misfire and that they must replace my spark plugs which I agreed to I collected my Vechile and travelled to Kimberley on my way it still had the misfire but on the way back my engine light went on and I stopped at Lainsburg where my car had oil all over the engine and needed oil The owner of the petrol station came and had a look and showed me that my oil cap wasn’t strewed on correctly and that the oil was blowing out there This said and done I traveled back to Cape Town without using any further oil The next day I took my car back to Thorp motors and asked to see the workshop manager who wasn’t available but I got to speak to him telephonically He advised me to leave my car at the workshop and they will have a look The next day they phoned and said that they need supply and replace a new tappet cover gasket, tappet cover and oil filler cap and that it would cost R5151.25 that after the service also worked out about R5000.00 I said it is fine just fix my Vechile A week went buy and I did not hear a word from them I called and nobody could speak to me they were all busy I got into my other car and went to the garage when I walked in the front door a started to fill in the pandemic form my phone rang and it was the gentleman behind the counter I told him I am here you don’t have to return my call now that you see me in-front if you He said he didn’t call me back because he was busy getting quotes in a new water pump and thermostat because mine must be replaced WHICH is ridiculous as it has just been replaced about 4 months prior and that would have been another R9 000.00 Suddenly my car was ready I asked for someone to please come show me why they thought I needed a new water pump and he took his phone torch and lit into the engine saying there seems to be marks of a water leak How pathetic is that I took my car and it seemed fine then I took a trip to Langebaan and now it really had a serious misfire Next day I went back to the dealership and asked to speak to the workshop manager who was still in leave I then phoned Plumstead branch and spoke to a guy I think his name is Shawn explained everything to him and he told me that he will let the workshop manager contact me Well that was Monday it is nie Wednesday and still has no one contacted me I am starting to think that they just changed my oil hence the skew oil cap and no filters where changed that is why it still misfires So please tell me what to do R10 000.00 later and my car is still not as it should be
