New chevy captiva but has problems with drop links

I bought a new chevy captiva in 2013 days after i drove the car I started hearing knocking sound whn turning the steering wheel and even whn driving on smooth tarred Road.I took it in n the service manager did I drive test n discovered the same thing n he said it's drop links but the vehicle have been in n out the work shop till to date.the other thing is that I realised the centre console of the care I cracked n reported it n even today I'm still waiting for them to fix its been over a year now. The is staff in the vehicle manual like when u hook trailer it must show on cluster bt it's nt so.lights that come on cluster but whn u consult the manual it's not there. Whn u hook trailer the rear sensor keeps beeping endlessly, the guy said thy used a wrong wiring loom but only to find out thts not so.What GM is really selling us is not true
