Most horrible service from Thorps Plumstead

Most ********** service ever. I have been servicing all my vehicles at Thorp since 2011. This is a horrible service ever. I booked the vehicle at Thorp Plumstead for the Monday 23 August 2021. I clearly mainly booked it for a service and mentioned that they should also have a look at the waterpump. I never received no update on the day on how far the servicing as per Thorp standard. When I called to enquire around 14:00 I was told the vehicle was only booked for waterpump problem. The sales lady Samantha was rude and impatient on the line. I reported the matter to the branch manager on the same day and the manager said there is still time and the service can be done before end of business day. I was called around passed 15:00 that the vehicle is serviced and that there was a misunderstanding. The service book was not stamped and filled in. The Thorps Plumstead refuse to give me invoice of what was done on the vehicle. The manager did not get back to me as promised. They are all rude and unprofessional.
