MISSING ENGINE COVER

Thorp Tableview, thank you for absolutely nothing. It has been nearly 2 months since they have serviced my car and REMOVED my engine cover, went back and they gave me the wrong one, after only following up from my side with the person assisting me ALWAYS out or lunch or on leave I drove my vehicle on the floor and she said that it is ordered and will keep me updated. I asked them for a check on my vehicle a week a go then she recommended I bring it in, BUT they only have 2 courtesy vehicles, one is damaged and the other one out over a week? HOW RIDICULOUS- BRAND NEW CAR AND THIS IS THE SERVICE YOU GET!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HAVAL
