Horrible Service by Thorp Motor's Table View

WARNING To anyone that is thinking of buying a new car, PLEASE do NOT go to Thorp Motor's Table View on Blauuwberg Road. I have had the worst service from them. I bought a new car which took about a month before it was finally in my possession as they had excuse after excuse as to why I can't get it straight away, then was asked to please tell my insurance company that I have the car so the deal doesn't fall through, I thought okay young guy I''ll give him a break, then I started to loose my cool when the car was eventually handed over without number plates, registration and no service book.

After the first 10 thousand on the clock the car/bakkie had to go in because the brake pads were worn, which they want me to pay for as they say its wear and tear. Its not a race car and the brake pads must have been worn due to them and now I know why it took so long to get my service book and why it took long to get the car, was it even a new car????

I have emailed and called a number of times and they are lazy and cant be bothered, they charged me for an un-clipped airbox which states in the contract that it will be covered by them but yet I was told if I do not pay I don't get my car back.

In my opinion they sold me a second hand car and stuffed up... but I can not prove it ! The people I have spoken to and email regarding my concerns are Henco Van Zyl Sharon ??? Natalie Siljeur Adrian Wilson Ann - ????

I always give credit to company's that deserve credit and believe in name and FAME and name and SHAME!!!! Thorp Motor's Table View is a SHAME
