DISGUSTED WITH SERVICES RECEIVED AFTER 1 YEAR NO FEEDBACK

I bought car last year this time , and since i bought the car they couldnt give my 2nd alarm set as they needed to add new batteries , which was then not working and informed me that they will have someone check car out and replace alarm if need be .communication was done since august 2018 to date . the guy who was suppose to instal new / check alarm made arrangemnts and never showed up , by then claremont had another branch manager , who again made arrangements with this guy and still im waiting . i have since called and email , left messages and by now im furious with this services received . how does one complain and email a year and still no results . what if ne morning im not able to unlock my own car ? very disgusted
