Carried out 45.000KM minor service

I recently took my Utility Vehicle 1.4 Sport to Thorpe Claremont for the 45000km minor service on 11/03/2015. I advised them that my management light also keeps coming on. I'm on my way to work last week Wednesday and the vehicle pulled away sluggish in 1st & 2nd gear. I find that there's an oil leak. The entire under carriage of the Utility Vehicle is full of oil as well. <br> <br> I decided to take my vehicle to another Dealership for repairs. They checked my vehicle diagnostics, fixed the oil leak free of charge and valeted my vehicle free of charge, yesterday. <br> <br> One pays exorbitant fees for these car services and the agents have no problem taking one's hard earned cash. However the workmanship performed is of a shoddy nature and poor quality. If i can't trust Thorpe Claremont with a minor service how can I trust them to fix the issue, let alone a major service. You just lost a customer forever.<br> <br> Seems you were more interested in selling me wiper blades at R400.00. As for my management light she says they performed a software upgrade to rectify the issue.mmmm I hope you treat you other customers better than me. <br> <br> <br>
