Bad services Klerksdorp

On 21/02/2022, I bought a 2022 Suzuki Brezza from the Penta Motor Group in Klerksdorp. It’s almost 9 months! In September 2022 I locked a complaint with regard to the carpet on the driver’s side that scaled through! The feedback that I received is that it is normal wear and tear! Which is unacceptable! The same with the steering wheel of the car that is also scaling! For me this type of service is unacceptable!
