Bad Service from Service department.

I recently purchased a used Suzuki Jimny from Thorp Motor Group Fish Hoek which came with a G2 certified used cars certificate which is 114 point check. I believe the blocks were just ticked off and not checked physically. If they had checked the vehicle on the road test they would have picked a bad rattling noise from the dash board.<br> I reported this rattling noise to your sales executive who kindly arranged for me to bring the vehicle in the next morning which I did. I received a call about two hours later to say that I had to take the car to the agents as they do not work on other vehicles ......what's going on now I thought.
