***** Company

I ordered 2 vacuum cleaners from them on 27 January and never received them. They marked it off as "goods delivered". When I made a formal complaint, they said they would trace the parcel and get it delivered or refund me. Since then, excuse after excuse and delay tactics have been used by them, via email, that I must be patient as they are "finding out" what happened. Do not ever order something from them. They sound like ****mers to me and won't even tell me the name of the Company responsible for the delivery, despite numerous requests. All I want is my refund.
