Thobela Communications is a telecommunications company that was founded in 2017,after the IFT program was put in place by Telkom.Thobela is a service provider to Open serve.In the beginning all was well and employees was happy.Our remuneration was fair and came tax season was able to submit irp5s with no problems. Then came *** and everything started to change,our remuneration wasn't fair anymore, tax was deducted from salary's but reconciliation never done for past 3 years no irp5s.When covid19 ters was introduced the director app**** for the funds but employees was not paid.On numerous meetings,calls and social media platforms the issue was raised but this director chose to ignore it and spin lies.He has ****** from us,made himself guilty of ***** and *******ion.He has enriched himself, new house,new luxury cars,overseas trips,new businesses etc.....This director portrays himself as a man of GOD and is s pastor in his church, but yet he stole from us and has the nerve to say that GOD will protect him. To date he has not owned up but one thing is sure we are coming for you!!!!!!!!!
