Worst service provider ever!!!

Broadband cut off my line when I signed a consent form to have them deduct the payments from my account. I have been calling them and the number does does not get through, it cuts me off because the limit of calls have been reached. This company is the worst and our complex signed a contract with them so we cannot have any other service providers except them. It's been two days without wifi with no access with assistance.
