USELESS ISP!!!

Useless ISP!!! I PAY FOR A 20mbp line, on most days I dont even get 2mbps!! Daily, weekly, monthly ongoing issues!!!!!!! I am paying for service that I NEVER get!!!!!!! They are constantly in breach of our agreement by not providing what we agreed apon. How are they even still in business, acting like a mickey mouse company?! They even label my emails as "spam" since I have to contact them and follow up on an ongoing basis due to **** service!!!! Do they flatter themselves by thinking I enjoy contacting them for this nonsense?!!! Always a sop story as to why or no service at all. Bebroadband better sort my speeds out NOW!!! I HAVE PAID FOR THIS DAMN SERVICE, I AM ENTITLED TO GET WHAT I PAID FOR AS PER OUR AGREEMENT AND HAD ENOUGH OF THIS NONSENSE NOW!!!
