Unprofessional Service

BEB00394 - I have called 3 times and all the consultants refused to re-open my account after I have sent them proof of payment.

They advised me that I have outstanding amounts but the sent the invoice last month with the amount I paid and sent proof. The consultants Refilwe and Tumi amongst those I spoke to were unable to assist me with the service I paid for.

Highly disappointed and will be cancelling with them.
