Rude. Not even bad. Just rude

So rude. Do not contact this company unless you know everything there is to know about their industry. Nothing is recorded so the agents can literally talk how they want to you. They are extremely rude and when I asked for clarification I was told to rather go with another company rather than explain how it works to me. If your agents are still working from home, their just taking your money and complaining when customers interrupt their Netflix binge. 0 star if available
