Poor customer Service and Rip-offs

This so called bebroadband company has very poor customer service. The Wi-Fi network is poor and keeps cutting off, its not reliable.

I have been trying to cancel this service but all i get is bills after bills and no one answers the phones even after sending emails to cancel I'm still getting bills.

They have time to get lawyers but never to return calls or emails and scare tactics.

This is the worst fibre internet provider i've ever worked with. real bullies
