Invoices

I really don't like their service. There is no communication at all, instead I'm the one who has to call in order to get what I want. They never sent me any invoice, only today because I called them and asked them to. One of their female agents sounded sooo sleepy when she was talking to me, there was no eagerness to help their customer. I am fumming!!
