Customer Service does not exist. DISGUSTED

My internet was suspended and I contacted the provider after payment. When I contact them to *** accounts department tells me they need to send request to them because I'm using wireless not fibre..to my confusion they' still cannot reach them..I wonder if they exist or they close their business. My request was done on the 4th August , today is the 8th..still no one can I assist. The lady at accounts advised that I get another provider because I'm frustrated 😠 😡 What do we call this..at this Era of Work from hone ..we struggle with ISP. Disgusted
