Bebroadband pathetic

since a few months ago i have never had issues, all of a sudden im not getting the speed i am paying for, i keep on losing connections at random. when queried i got told that they would send out a technician at R500 per hour to have a look???? when i moaned about that i got told its my router oh and dont forget that some other people took over from sadv or something to that matter. they are full of excuses i am on day 5 with support not coming back to me about changing the password. if anyone has a nr for someone higher up please send it to me as i need to get hold of someone that will actually sort out these problems
