Be Broadband support service is appalling

Bebroadband fibre support is useless. I have gone for a collective total of 15 days without internet so far and still counting. I am still offline as I speak right now. I have paid for the full month service for nothing. I have logged tickets using their email system and nothing gets done. When I call them, all I get is promises that the issue will be resolved. On all occasions that I have interacted with their support team, I am told that its a Vumatel issue. Come on, I don't need to know that just get the issue resolved because I am subscribed to your service!
