Be broadband is a nightmare

Be broadband has the worst service,they are rude and don't know what they are doing. Management sit and get paid for nothing because they never available to assist or deal with a customer. They to hight up to come on the phone and speak to clients rather they hide behind consultants. They didn't even send me a contract to sign they won't sending me invoices to pay and now disconnect me for their mistake I haven't received an invoice for the month yet. You can never get a hold of them. Jackie is forever out and about never available to when you need to speak to her. They seem to be very negligent. It is an absolute nightmare dealing with these people.
