Bad wifi fiber service

Very bad service been without Internet and support team does not answer u can have over 50 tickers opened but no service .been 2days without Internet WiFi.no call to customer. Paul whoever he is part of management team very rude to customer will tell u an option to cancel services if not happy instead of helping customer fix the problem. Have not been able to work since Friday.**** service after I recruited people for them iontop****sis ever advise anyone to use that **** wifi
