B. E BROADBAND MUST STOP ROBBING CLIENTS

I stay in Birch Acres, Kempton Park. BE Broadband has been going offline in from 4pm until 9 am the next morning for the whole week + weekend, Tuesday and Wednesday it was gone the Whole 24hrs.

We are not getting any alerts on mantainance or shutdown. No Apologies, none. You get home from work and there is no internet services.

I don't know whether they are cutting costs at our expense, because it is definitely a planned routine . When you call their *********** call center, you just get more reason to be frustrated.

There should be a way to hold such *********** service providers accountable , whom charge clients money and do not deliver.

The monopoly they have in areas such as Birch Acres, make them arrogant and swindle monthly subscriptions in exchange for mediocre services just because they are the only service provider in our area. We go for days with no service and yet they don't pro-rata their monthly invoices for days when service was not delivered.

Our silence is not stupidity, we are fedup and frustrated, we know you don't care, but we won't won't just *****own or stand by as you rob us, shape up or be held accountable.
