ThinkTank does not care for quality or clients

We have used ThinkTank for the development of our website. When we commenced with our relationship the staff treated us well. Unfortunately this company has a high staff turnover and it seems that the existing staff and MD do not care about quality and client service. A deposit was paid and the balance a couple of months later. Since then we had to wait almost five months to have our English website developed (and it was only done after various requests from our side). The quality of the programming is not good. We have also learnt that the website is actually one of the free downloadable sites from the Internet. I feel we paid a lot of money for this ''template''. They don't respond to queries or emails, don't pitch for meetings, don't provide backup support, only provided a 1,5 hour training and told us that they will bill us afterwards if there are any changes (although most of the changes are as a result of bad programming). They are unprofessional and don't value us as a client. They are even our hosting company. POOR SERVICE!!!!
