Unreliable. Outdated. Awol lecturers.

IGCSE textbooks and work, outdated free downloads off the internet. No Math buddy access as advertised. Chemistry was a disaster: Teacher awol. Assessment questionnaire does not fit the work/slides/answers given. No issues were resolved. Yes we got a refund. It should have been a full refund as we cancelled within 10 days of access and after no joy to resolve issues or even promises to work on issues. None of the work were alligned to the updated Curriculum either. Very disappointed. Textbooks were free downloads and not updated according to new CIE guidelines. I had more info with me by buying CIE approved Textbooks than they gave me for that exorbitant price. They advertise that they will give you updated textbooks and answers so we ended up paying double because we had to purchase updated books.
