Think digital online school gets a huge thumbs down!!!!

My daughter was registered this year. Fees were paid etc. Today the first day of school, the platform has crashed. We have been trying to get hold of them without any success. They also mentioned that we need to register her with the department of education. When contacted the Department of education...we were told that online schooling is no longer recognised with them. They sent the entire memo to us. We want to be contacted immediately regarding this matter or I will take this further. My child is sitting and doing nothing at this moment!!!
