Think Digital Academy Refund
I need assistance getting my refund from Think Digital Academy. Upon learning that the classes are prerecorded and not live I sent email that we will no longer be using Think Digital Academy for that kind of tutoring will not help my kids. I was of the assumption that when it says kids have their own private tutor it means they have access to private tutoring or live classes.
Unfortunately having kids watch prerecorded lessons and teaching themselves is not the idea I had for my kids. I emailed after paying when I learnt classes are prerecorded and we have not started any classes for schools are closed.
I’m just a bit peeved coz when I was emailing before I made payment I was getting swift responses and as soon as I questioned about the prerecorded lessons and my refund no one has responded back to me.
Please May I have my refund.
This doesn't sound right at all! We always honour our promises to our parents and never have any issues to process refunds where they are due.
