Think digital academy is a very unreliable site

As a user and learner on this platform, I am in grade 10 and I have to say I am very disappointed in this website. This site crashes on the regular and the site is down every other week. The interface of this website is horrible and hard to navigate. After you submit Tests or assignments it takes forever to get marked and you only get your results for term 1 in term 2. When I watch the lessons/slides on this platform It is badly designed and there are stupid animated characters that look like they should be in a children's cartoon used on the lessons to supposedly make it look nice, but keep in mind I am in grade 10. Every time you watch a lesson in a certain subject if you want to go to the next lesson you have to go back to the dashboard and go back to that certain subject and click on the next lesson. the lessons are filled with spelling errors and the teachers speaking pronounce words wrong and if they don't know how to pronounce it they don't say the word, very unprofessional in my view. I would hope that this gets fixed or improved and hopefully you see this review and use these points to improve your site and should look into these issues and problems
