Enrolled my child this year. And he finished her grade. But then I heard from a third party that her needs to be registered at Department of Education as homeschooler.

I phoned to ask if they need any records from his previous school and was told no, she can just start with homeschooling

Not once did Think Digital told me that I have to do this. Not in emails, and not on the phone. When I contacted them to query this, they said its on their website. I went back to their website, its not mentioned on any page, except on the faq, how do I register with Dept of Education.

I asked if he's registered if he can just continue, and was told that he have to start again, and I have to pay AGAIN. So Im loosing everything I've already paid.

Think Digital doesn't really offer any assistance, they don't care if you have all the information, as long as you pay. I've send numerous emails and received no reply. After calling them also you will not receive all the information.
