Waiting for delivery with no response

Placed an order with the company and received it within a week. When i placed the second order on the 24 April 2026 the payment was made the same time as the order. Recived a thank you for the order message from a guy named Zander. Its been 3 plus weeks and still did not recive my order. Only response i get is silence. Do not use them thy will run you in!!!!
