No Response After Payment — Buyer Beware
I previously ordered from this company around March and did eventually receive my product, but there was almost no communication after payment was made online. I was actually surprised when security at my estate informed me that a package had arrived for me, as I had received no updates from the company itself. I placed another order on 25 May, expecting it to arrive this week, and I still have not received it. I have tried contacting their WhatsApp number, but my messages remain on one tick, and I emailed them on Wednesday requesting some form of communication or update, but I still have not heard anything back. At this point, the lack of communication is very concerning, especially after seeing similar complaints from other customers online. I understand delays can happen, but customers should at least receive updates or responses.

WARNING – POSSIBLE ***** / NO DELIVERY / NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT
I placed an order for a supplement on 01/04/2026 and, to this day, I have not received the product. Since the purchase, I have repeatedly tried to contact the company through their available communication channels, but my messages are simply being ignored. There has been no update, no explanation, and no support provided. What is even more concerning is that the website remains active and continues accepting orders, despite all indications that the company may no longer be properly operating. At this point, I have lost confidence in this business and will be proceeding with a *****/disputed transaction case through my bank. I strongly advise potential customers to exercise extreme caution before purchasing from this company.

They are ****mers. Paid 31st March 2026, still no order received. No refund. Promises to refund but nothing then ignores emails and what's apps. Please save your money and don't ever buy from them. Their Company Registration number is K*** registered address 32 Fair Donne estate, Franschoek and the director is Monre Granville Alexander

DO NOT ORDER FROM THERONIX! ****!
Paid for my order in the same day as my order. No confirmation, no feedback, no contacts are answering. Definitely a ****! I am going to take this further legally. People should not give anyone hope (especially when their health is in the balance), and then leave them out of pocket without even a hint of refund of delivery.
