Theronix ****ming people now

I placed an order 25th April and still waiting have No reply .. nothing. I paid a lot of money and not getting any feedback. My friend ordered twice from them so I did not think this will happen. How can they all of a sudden **** people. Or they can refund me or they can send my product I ordered . My bank says I can go to the police station for avidavit and report ***** but not guaranteed I will get my money back. We work hard for our money this is really terrible
