Title - I Paid for an order, no delivery, no contact – possible ****

I placed and paid for an order on 28 April 2026, and to date I have received nothing. All attempts to contact the seller have failed. The phone numbers provided do not work, and emails have gone completely unanswered. There has been no communication, no updates, and no delivery, which is extremely concerning.What makes this more alarming is that I have since contacted HD Labs directly, and they have confirmed they are not affiliated with this seller. This raises serious concerns that their name may be used falsely to mislead customers.

My sister placed an order in March and received her items, but it now appears that customers from April and May are being ignored, which strongly suggests a pattern of *****ulent activity.

As a result of this, I have lost money, and this matter is now being treated as potential *****.

If I do not receive immediate feedback, delivery, or a full refund, I will proceed with the following actions:
