LTE installation compromising business

In November 2014 I signed to migrate my office lines to LTE with Office Guru. Because they did not get proper paperwork done I was billed by Telkom until May 2015. Connectivity has been bad and/or intermittent ever since, with voice calls not clear compromising my business. They agreed to compensation, but have not done so. Last week they had to divert calls to my cellphone so I could hear patients and they me. I have been told it is the antenna and it needs to be moved. I do not believe that is the problem. As of today, I do not have internet connection at all. I am using my iPad as a personal hotspot to connect. They have taken up to 3 days to send a technician to sort it out at times, but it has made no difference. The situation has only worsened. I believe they should reinstate my previous setup with Telkom in its entirety, cancel the contract and reimburse me for extra costs incurred because of non-delivery as well as from business lost. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
