Failure to deliver

The presentation of installing a LTE system to replace Telkom lines was impressive and we were promised 20mb per second download speeds with a 5 day no obligation trial period. <br> <br> After a lengthy wait due to lack of stock, the system was installed we then received insurance bills for the equipment and the office guru had approached our insurer directly. We were then presented with additional documentation and without running the trial which with the results we are receiving I would not have accepted. I have asked on 3 occasions for the equipment to be removed and this has been ignored with manager meetings being set up.<br> <br> They have installed antennae's on our building where I specifically asked them not to. The equipment that has been left behind is not plugged into our network so is useless to us.<br> <br> If you choose to use their service make sure that they deliver on their promise before you pay any money.
