Execptional Service !!

I recently contacted The Office Guru and signed for a new Samsung printer, Delivery was on time to my surprise, the installation process was quick and efficient, the technicians sent out to do my install went further and beyond required with assisting me with my new router ( which was not part of their job) I later created a problem getting my computer to recognise the printer after I unplugged a few cables so called technical support who were professional and patient while I followed their steps. Technical spent the time going through each step and advising me on which plug goes where. I was most impressed with the way The Office Guru handled my query!
