Bad Services

<p> </p> <p>Stephen Badenhorst from the office guru asked to come and see us about our internet and Telkom lines. He explained to us that Telkom was no longer replacing ****** copper cables and that it was best to move to an LTE wireless line and speed was excellent and faster. He also gave a whole list of other features and benefits that the system offered.<br /> <br /> Suffice to say this was all a lie and the system could not offer the features we needed. We had a follow up meeting with Steven and Jamie, where Stephen said that he misunderstood our needs and once the installation was done Stephen never use too answer our calls and he even refused too have a meeting with us, But when Stephen was chasing for sale , he would answer our calls anytime. My personal opinion is he told us what we needed to hear to get the contract. In the end Stephen told us its not his problem, we have too contact the Office guru call centre.<br /> <br /> The equipment that is in place has problems virtually every second day. Peter K, Stephen, Jamie never returns calls or emails. We have lost lots of business at times customers would be calling us and our line would be engaged but on our side it would show as working. I asked for details on getting out of the contract. The office guru sent us a ridiculous, unsubstantiated figure that was way more than the full contract value.<br /> <br /> Office guru are so dishonest and do not care about their clients.
