Bad Service

I have ordered a LTE Router and multi SIM from the company to extend the service delivered to the Gunric Valve offices. The placement of the order was done and eventually received. They promised to have the sim card activated within 24 hours. This is now 2 days later and still no joy. When asked what the hold up is we get the normal runaround of it's Telkoms problem and we can't do anything.<br> <br> Apparently there is one person they deal with at Telkom and if that person is not available then there is no service. The service attitude from Sharon was very poor and aggressive when asked what excuse can we use now for not delivering the required service. After all, the service was bought from Office Guru and not Telkom.<br> <br> I will not recommend the company to any business with this type of attitude.
