The Unison apartment

The Unison (Apartments 304 oak Avenue Randburg ) I first lost my clothes and blankets while I was staying there and there was a camera so I went to the security to report it they told me they don't work and it's my fault,tenants tend to not lock the gate after hanging there clothes I should send an "email" to management,I did cause I thought maybe just maybe they will compensate me as I lost a very sentimental blanket my mother gave me but no response, now they ignoring me because I want my refund, they literally respond until you tell them your query about the refund then they say they currently are not available, when you go to the place the security says I'm not allowed to enter even though I lived there for a year. I'm at my whits end with this people Qliving the unison is **** and I wouldn't recommend anyone living there ooooh how can I forget the amount you pay each other increases like crazy 1 month it's normal the next double like how does that make sense if your living alone and barely at home.
