<div>The reception lady +++++, is very rude, disrespectful and bias. Their "next in line" system explained by the reception lady is according to who came in first and not the register list. If you leave the store, you loose your spot. I was clearly second in line as there were only two of us waiting, but when my turn came, a repeat client that came in after me was sent through instead of me and I was told it's because I wasn't sure if I was staying (even though I was sitting right there infront of ++++ and had never left) and that my name was third on the list. When I sent a formal complaint, the response did not consider nor address their staffs disgusting behaviour nor how I was treated, it simply made it my fault for not having put my name down on the list first. The entire matter was treated quite nonchalant, without a care of weather I was satisfied or not!</div>
