Disappointed customer, unfairly treated

Very disappointed with how I was treated at The Treat by Gen (Bromhof).

I had a R171 loyalty credit clearly written on my card from my previous cycle, which I was told would be carried over. When I returned for my 10th visit, the owner refused to honour it due to a “policy change”.

There was no empathy, no apology, and no attempt to resolve the issue, just a dismissive attitude.

The technicians are kind and skilled, but management’s lack of customer care is unacceptable. As a loyal client, I expected better.

This was not about the money, but the principle.
